Serious Shipping Problem

I paid your company to have this item shipped to the US through UPS. I understood that a tariff would apply in addition to the shipping cost, and I paid both without complaint. What no one told me is that UPS would charge me a separate "brokerage fee" over and above the cost of shipping and over and above the tariff. This "brokerage fee" was more than either of those charges. I was not told about it when I placed the order. I am not happy.
