Returns

It is important that any items returned to us, unless faulty, are returned in a resaleable condition. They must be unused, in their original packaging and labels, with all the parts that came with them. We would recommend that you return your items via registered post (you will need to pay for delivery which is non-refundable unless faulty).

After seeing reviews I decided to order my husband a set of beard oils with the gift wrap as part of his birthday gift. Upon opening the gift wrap which was not up to standard. The box of oils was not even put together. The oils were not in the tray they were supposed to be individually next to each other and held in place but instead the were put underneath where they had all knocked into each other. This resulted in two of the bottles having leaked into the box. I was very upset as was my husband as I felt like the oils had good potential. The mango and vanilla one smelt very nice, it’s a shame it had leaked out otherwise if put together properly it would have been a perfect gift.

All smell quite nice but for the amount you pay for samples I thought you'd get a decent quantity but the bottles are deceiving. They are nowhere near full and barley have enough for a dozen or so applications per bottle if that!
The amounts should be severely increased or the price dropped to be more reasonable. I'm all for supporting our own but this is extortion.
