Rubia Voile (or Fine Rubia) material is a combination of the thicker Rubia and thinner Full Voile. They are made using 2x2 high twisted super soft cotton yarn, meaning they are softer and lighter in weight than Rubia, whilst also being tougher and longer lasting than Full Voile.
