Changes to Policy due to COVID-19
To all of our TSC community,
As the UK and other countries around the world are entering into another lockdown phase, we wanted to share an update on how The Sardar Co is responding.
We have discussed in depth the affects this will have on our business and our community, and we will be implementing some short term measures to help tackle any disruption and further spreading of the virus.
As we an online store, we are lucky in the sense that we don't have to implement any store closures, and our online purchasing system can continue as normal.
We have taken some additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our offices and products, which include daily deep cleaning, regular use of hand sanitiser and sanitising packaging prior to fulfillment.
Deliveries
Any orders placed will continue to be delivered as usual whilst it is still safe to do so. However we understand there are some disruptions to delivery services which may effect delivery times.
We currently use Royal Mail tracked and signed for services, while these services are still on-going, for safety reasons signatures will no longer be taken by the couriers. Instead, a name and photo ID will be aquired as proof of delivery.

Returns
To help limit the risk of spreading the virus, we are temporarily not accepting any returned packages atleast until 15 May 2020. We will also continue to not accept any product that has been used or opened.
However, we will be extending our return period from 30 days to 60 days. If you would like to return a product, please contact us and we will provide further instructions. You will be required to hold on to the product until 15 April, afterwhich we will notify you to return the product.

FAQs
Can customers catch coronavirus from parcels?
Public Health England has advised that there is no percieved increase in risk of contracting COVID-19 from handling parcels.
What precautions are you taking to ensure the health and safety of customers?
We have already taken steps to allow our employees to work from home and our dispatch team is operating at reduced hours. We have also ensured our offices and products are cleaned regularly.
When will I receive my parcel?
We will continue to dispatch parcels as normal for as long as health and safety allows. However, due to our reduced workforce and expected delays from Royal Mail, your items may take slightly longer to be delivered.
Can I send my purchase back for a refund?
Although we are still providing a refund policy, we are not accepting any returns until atleast 15 May 2020. Please contact us should you wish to return your item and we will provide further details.
