Returns

It is important that any items returned to us, unless faulty, are returned in a resaleable condition. They must be unused, in their original packaging and labels, with all the parts that came with them. We would recommend that you return your items via registered post (you will need to pay for delivery which is non-refundable unless faulty).

Would not recommend this brush as bristles scratch the skin on my husband's face and lack quality control as they are are inconsistent (some thick and some fine). Raised with customer service, took photos as requested and waited unreasonably long period of time for response only to be told it is normal and for the me to trim bristles myself. They simply took a week to say they checked the others and they are all like that. I do not accept that just because it is natural that some fibres will be thick and cause scratches (where most are completely fine). Not what I expected from a premium product so would not recommend the product or company.

I would never normally buy a product that has no reviews but I took a chance on this brush on the strength of the reviews of the other brushes sold by Sardar and I have not been disappointed. My only caveat would be that this is my first beard brush so I have nothing to compare it with. However, I am very pleased with the brush. It is sufficiently stiff to “comb” my beard without being too harsh on the skin. Would definitely recommend for those wanting to groom their beard without having a close encounter with a dead boar.
