Returns

It is important that any items returned to us, unless faulty, are returned in a resaleable condition. They must be unused, in their original packaging and labels, with all the parts that came with them. We would recommend that you return your items via registered post (you will need to pay for delivery which is non-refundable unless faulty).

Currently in the second month of growing my beard so it's starting to get a little unruly. The Sandalwood & Patchouli Beard Balm is good at keeping my beard in shape and the scent is great. Have also bought the Sandalwood & Patchouli Beard Oil for my skin.

Have had this balm before and rubbed in fine, but this time I am left with grainy lumps in my beard making it impossible to use.

I have used both the original blend and the sandalwood and patchouli balms in the past and have never known the texture to be so grainy. The scent is still one of the best, but you have to work the balm quite hard to break it down. It is still useable but a little disappointed.

I did try Horace beard oil then Rituals first and then I found Sardar Sandalwood and Patchouli Beard Oil and Balm. It is by far the better product. Beard feels so soft and smells amazing. About to order more! Definitely buy from Sardar. Absolutely superb.

I absolutely love the smell of this product and the wife always compliments me whenever i wear it, which is most days. The jar and bottles are very nicely packaged and look great on the bathroom shelf. A bit pricey compared to others on the market but overall I'm happy with my purchase.

The oil does exactly what it's supposed to do, my only reason for not giving 5 stars is the smell. Its predominantly patchouli and very little sandalwood.

I love sandalwood, I like patchouli... so I thought I would vibe with this but I didn’t really. I would say it’s to patchouli for me, and the patchouli used is on the funkier end of the spectrum. I think reducing the amount of patchouli in the formulation by half would be the way to go...

I love Sardar's sandlewood beard oil, so does my wife.
So I bought some of their balm to go along with the oil.
The balm Holm my beard well without been too greasy or sticky.
Slight downside is, looking at some of the other balms I have, this one is not as strong.
Wish it had a little more scent in the pot.
Otherwise great value for a fantastic product

This beard balm scent is amazing and long lasting, which is a huge plus, in many beard balms the scents disappear very quickly. The balm has an almost solidified oil texture as opposed to a balm, very easy too apply, I would not say this a balm to style your beard, more to condition. That being said, the package it came in was not sealed and anyone could of taken my products, both items, fortunately, were there..
