It is important that any items returned to us, unless faulty, are returned in a resaleable condition. They must be unused, in their original packaging and labels, with all the parts that came with them. We would recommend that you return your items via registered post (you will need to pay for delivery which is non-refundable unless faulty).

Really good quality product. The balm scoops up nicely and melts in my hands like butter. Applying it is easy and the smell is out of this world - probably one of the best scents I've smelled in a beard balm. I have very sensitive skin and have been apprehensive about using beard oils and balms for some time. However, I decided to have a go with this one and after 2 weeks of daily use, I can report back that it has been kind to my skin (just follow the instructions and apply less rather than more to begin). To add to this, my beard is starting to regain shape and is getting progressively easier to maintain.
After 2 weeks of use, I can definitely say that I am starting to see excellent results and am happy with this purchase. I would definitely recommend this balm to others who are trying to style or maintain their beard given how satisifed I am, but also just for the smell too :)

Bought for my husband's birthday and he loves the smell. It's made his beard soft and and smooth after only a few uses. It's not cheap but you can tell the difference with the quality, worth ever penny in my opinion!
